Shipping

We recommend our customer to Fax or email orders and let us find best shipping rates for them. We have contact with wholesale freight brokers, they can find competitive rate.

We can ship by using 3rd Party freight charges bill to customers UPS account as well as any common LTL Carriers of customers own choice such as UPS Freight, Fedex Freight, Southestern Freight Line and many other.

We can also ship by using our own negotiated UPS Ground or LTL Carrier account where shipping charges will be based on the total weight and volume of the order.

Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. (Please contact a representative to ship to a military address)

For all international orders please email your order along with your shipping address to sales@radiumtextiles.com. A representative will contact you with an exact shipping quote and details on how to complete your order.




Return Policy

Radium Textiles stands behind our product and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased.

  • Radium Textiles LLC accepts new and unused online purchases within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 1-866-619-7111 for a RMA number and the request can also be e-mailed to sales@radiumtextiles.com.
  • Returns received by without RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents us from reselling.
  • Returns on laundered and washed items will not be accepted.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid except when the product returned is found to be defective.
  • Please inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery and note any visible damages in front of the delivering carrier. When the damage is caused during the shipping and properly documented, the product will be replaced without any additional cost to customer.

Credit for Returned Products

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. We reserves the right to inspect and return product to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim.
  • Once your return is received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within 7-10 days.
  • Refunds within the 7-10 days will be credited back in the original form of payment.
    Note: Shipping and/or other applicable charges will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Also, when product received was damaged during the transportation and was properly document on the delivery receipt.
